Gutierrez, Michelle v. Burger Auto Group, LLC, et al.

Michelle Gutierrez purchased a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep World in La Mesa, California. The vehicle had previously been repurchased by FCA as a lemon. Carl Burger assured Ms. Gutierrez that the lemon had been fully repaired and was in great condition. Within two days of buying the vehicle, the vehicle’s engine needed repaired.
