Gutierrez, Michelle v. Burger Auto Group, LLC, et al.

Michelle Gutierrez purchased a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep World in La Mesa, California. The vehicle had previously been repurchased by FCA as a lemon. Carl Burger assured Ms. Gutierrez that the lemon had been fully repaired and was in great condition. Within two days of buying the vehicle, the vehicle’s engine needed repaired. After giving the dealership and FCA more than six chances to fix the vehicle , Ms. Gutierrez contacted the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. With our assistance, Carl Burger and FCA repurchased the lemon vehicle for a full refund, and paid Ms. Gutierrez’s attorney’s fees and costs.
