New case filed alleging DCH Kia of Temecula sold a used 2016 Ford F350 but failed to transfer title and failed to disclose pre-existing mechanical problems which cased the Vehicle to brake down within 200 miles of purchase. It also appears DCH Kia of Temecula failed to smog the Vehicle before selling it.
