Given Incorrect Title for Vehicle Purchased!

In January 2020, our client purchased a vehicle from Vroom, an online vehicle dealership. The vehicle was delivered to his home in California. Our client attempted to register the vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), but was unable to. Our client alleges the DMV informed him the vehicle’s VIN did not match the VIN listed on the title form. Our client further alleges he contacted Vroom on multiple occasions to inform it of the problem and try to resolve the matter. However, our client was unable to resolve the problem.
