Ganas Auto Group
Our client went to Ganas Auto Group in Inglewood in Los Angeles County and purchased a 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 4. While test driving the vehicle, our client alleges he noticed the passenger seat would not go all the way back, so he specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle had been involved in any prior accidents. Our Client also alleges he was assured it had not. A few days later, our client discovered the vehicle had undisclosed structural damage. Additionally, Ganas Auto Group may be in violation of other California laws for allegedly requiring our client to sign a GPS Disclosure Statement and Agreement For Installation Form requiring installation of a GPS device in order to approve financing. This is directly in violation of the Automobile Sales Finance Act stating that all agreements between the buyer and seller addressing the terms of payment will be included in a single-document. If you have been involved in a similar situation, contact our office now so we may assist you. (Wright v. Tricolor California Auto Group, dba Ganas Auto Group)
