Fowler v. Riverside Chevrolet and General Motors – Orange County

The parties agreed to settle this case but General Motors failed to comply with its obligation to send the settlement check within 30 days. In this case, General Motors has repeatedly tried to delay the settlement. Enough is enough. A motion to enforce the settlement and enter judgment against General Motors is now pending. Just because the manufacturers are huge corporations does not mean they can avoid their obligation to promptly send settlement checks.
