“Extended Warranty” Denied Repairs

Our client thought he got a great deal on a 2011 BMW 335i from Bimmerland LLC, doing business as LA Bimmers, in the City of Glendale, Los Angeles County. The dealer also sold our client an “extended warranty,” along with the vehicle. He brought the vehicle in for its first oil change and discovered multiple leaks and required repairs that would cost over $3,000.00. After submitting a claim to the “extended warranty” company, his claim was denied because the company determined the leaks were a “pre-existing condition.”

This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
