Everest Auto Center – Our client went to Everest Auto Center in Sacramento with her daughter to purchase her daughter’s first vehicle. They purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Everest Auto Center. While viewing the vehicle, our client alleges she specifically asked the attending sales representative if the vehicle had been in a prior accident. It was our client’s priority to purchase a safe and reliable vehicle for her daughter. Allegedly, the sales representative reassured our client the vehicle had not been in any prior accidents and gave her a clean CarFax Vehicle History Report.
