European Auto House – In July 2018, our client purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz CL Class from European Auto House in Los Angeles. After driving the vehicle for a few days, our client noticed the strong smell of gasoline inside the vehicle. Our client alleges he took the vehicle back to the Dealership several times for inspections and repairs because of the strong smell of gasoline. Each time, he was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Come to find out, there was a gasoline leak inside the vehicle!
