Our client purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma from Frank Toyota in National City, California. Her 2016 Toyota Tacoma was one of approximately 228,000 2016-2017 Toyota Tacomas recalled for possible leaking rear differentials. Our client presented her Tacoma to a Toyota-authorized repair facility in May 2017, where it sat for over four months waiting for the recall repair to be performed. In a lawsuit filed in San Diego County on behalf of herself and other similarly situated consumers, our client alleges Toyota breached its warranty and violated the lemon law by failing to timely perform the recall repair.

This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
