Eldridge v. San Marcos Indian Motorcycle – San Diego County

Case settled. Client purchased a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, VIN: JKBZXNF12FA010943, from San Marcos Indian Motorcycle (“SMIM”) over the phone and paid to have it transported to him. SMIM promised the motorcycle had not been damaged and even uploaded a video on youtube. The video omitted the damage to the left side. SMIM is now repurchasing the motorcycle for a confidential amount.
