Edwards v. Anthony A. Batarse, Inc., dba Kia of Vacaville, et al. – Solano County

New auto fraud case filed regarding our client’s 2020 Kia Telluride purchased at Kia of Vacaville. Our client alleges he repeatedly asked the dealership for an all-wheel drive or a four-wheel drive but was sold a front-wheel drive instead. Our client alleges the dealership (1) represented that the vehicle was an all-wheel drive when it was not; (2) misrepresented the characteristics of the Vehicle; and (3) failed to pay off the credit balance on his trade-in vehicle within the time required under Vehicle Code § 11709.4.
