Does Your Used Car Have Problems That Just Don’t Make Sense?

Time and time again, Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center hears the same story: a consumer goes to a used car dealer, spots a vehicle that looks pretty nice and drives decently. The consumer asks the dealership whether the vehicle has been in any accidents or crashes, and the dealer says no and gives her a Carfax. Our consumer goes home with the car and starts noticing problems with the vehicle pulling, or the gears not shifting properly. Fast forward a year later, when our consumer goes to trade the car in, only to find out it had previously been in an accident (or two!), and the trade-in is now practically worthless.
If you purchased a car that the dealership said hadn’t been in an accident, and you find out later that it was, you may have a claim! Please contact tsolik@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
