Do You Have a 2021 BMW X5 Hybrid?

Auto Fraud Legal Center, has been receiving calls from consumers who purchased the 2021 BMW X5 Hybrid who have now been told by BMW that they cannot charge their vehicle or use it in Sport mode because of a safety recall with the hybrid batteries. There is currently no fix for this problem. The law requires manufacturers to repair a vehicle within 30 days. If you bought a 2021 BMW X5 Hybrid with this safety recall, you may have a claim!
