Did You Purchase an Extended Warranty from Safe-Guard?

If so, you might be the victim of fraud. We recently filed a lawsuit against this service contract administrator after one of our clients alleged that he made a claim for engine repair with Safe-Guard and was twice provided with a defective replacement engine. Safe-Guard, after twice being informed of the problems with its replacement parts, refused to provide additional repairs or services. Consequently, our client is unable to drive his vehicle and in effect paid for a useless extended warranty.
