Diamond Motor Cars, Inc. – Our client purchased a vehicle from Diamond Motor Cars, Inc., in Los Angeles that was allegedly never registered under her name. She has been paying a vehicle she cannot legally drive! On top of that, the vehicle has allegedly had multiple mechanical issues and has required over $5,000.00 worth of repairs since purchase. Diamond Motor Cars, Inc., may be in violation of several California laws for allegedly overcharging our client in Vehicle License Fees and requiring her to sign a GPS Disclosure Statement and Agreement Form requiring installation of a GPS device in order to approve financing. This is directly in violation of the Automobile Sales Finance Act stating that all agreements between the buyer and seller addressing the terms of payment will be included in a single-document.
