Defective Automatic Braking System?

We have been getting more phone calls recently about Mazda and Toyota vehicles with defective automatic braking systems. These vehicles have a safety feature that will automatically decelerate the vehicle if an obstacle is detected in the area. However, sometimes the vehicles will decelerate with nothing in the vicinity, which can lead to accidents and other dangers.
