Dealership Sells a Dangerous Car to a Young Family, but the Father Fights Back.

Discount and Wholesale Auto, in Pacoima, has been sued for selling a young family a Tahoe with hidden frame damage. This father of young children specifically asked the dealership if the car had been in any accidents, and alleges the dealership lied to him when it said no. Not only that, Plaintiff alleges the dealership also did not register the car or give him license plates.
