Dealership Kept Car’s Prior Rental Use and Accident History a Secret.
TopMax Auto, in Los Angeles County, sold a 2014 Toyota Corolla to a Spanish-speaking couple. The dealership allegedly did not tell this couple the Corolla used to be a rental car. TopMax allegedly also represented the Corolla had not been in any accidents. The couple later found out the car had been a rental and had been in an accident. TopMax should have told these consumers the Corolla used to be a rental, and they should have done it in writing. TopMax should not have represented the car had not been in any accidents if that was not the truth. This couple is is now seeking to right these wrongs in court with the help of the Auto Fraud Legal Center after getting their free consultation.
