Dealership Advertised Defective Vehicle As “Like New”

Safa Motors, located in the City of Roseville, County of Placer, advertised and sold our client a 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class. The dealership described the vehicle as “like new” in its advertisement, and repeated its claim to him after a test drive. However, after purchasing the vehicle, he discovered the vehicle required repairs, which Safa Motors allegedly refused to perform on the vehicle.
