DEALERS MUST DISCLOSE SALVAGE HISTORY

Speed Auto Gallery in La Mesa in San Diego County sold our clients a 2012 Toyota Highlander with just over 39,000 miles. In California, dealers are required by law to disclose if a vehicle is salvaged. Despite this requirement, Speed Auto Gallery did not disclose the salvage history to our clients.
