Dealer Sold Consumer Vehicle Over The Advertised Price
Prevail Motors, a dealership located in the City of Fairfield, County of Solano, advertised a 2005 BMW X5 for sale. Our client purchased the vehicle, and then discovered that the dealership had allegedly sold him the vehicle for more than it had advertised. The vehicle also broke down shortly after purchase. Car dealers have to sell vehicles for the lowest advertised price, even if you didn’t see the advertisement. They also can’t give you excuses like the advertisement was a cash price and you have to pay more because you are financing the purchase. Our client contacted Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, and now the dealership must answer for its scheme.
If you bought a car from Prevail Motors, or any other car dealer in California, and think you were charged more than the advertised price for your vehicle, please contact jason@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you with a FREE evaluation of your rights.
