Dealer Lied About Structural Damage

Our client was in the market for a reliable commuter car with good gas mileage. She went to Mossy Toyota, in San Diego, and was shown a 2015 Chevrolet Volt. Our client alleges she asked if the vehicle had ever been involved in an accident, to which the dealer told her it had not been in an accident. After purchase, our client discovered extensive damage to the vehicle that indicated the vehicle had actually been in an accident, and which may make the vehicle unsafe to drive. Even after she confronted the dealer with evidence of damage to the vehicle, our client alleges the dealer continued to deny that the vehicle had been in an accident.

Feeling helpless, she reached out to The Auto Fraud Legal Center. The attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt specialize in dealer fraud and deceptive business practices and have filed a lawsuit in the San Diego Superior Court in order to recover all of our client’s money.
