Dealer Allegedly Lied About Certified Pre-Owned Status of Vehicle

Our clients went to Nissani Bros. Chevrolet, located in Culver City, in Los Angeles County, and purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe that was advertised as a Chevrolet Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Every Chevrolet CPO comes with an extended warranty and a pre-paid maintenance plan.

When our clients brought the Tahoe in for service, they found out the Tahoe wasn’t a Certified Pre-Owned! Furthermore, they allege they were sold paint guard which was never applied, and a theft protection package they never asked for.
