Cormier/Ibarez v. Hanin Motor Group
Our clients purchased a 2005 Audi A6 from Hanin Motor Group in San Jose. In a lawsuit filed in Santa Clara County, our clients alleged Hanin Motor Group overcharged Vehicle License Fees on the sale of the vehicle and failed to refund the excess.
