Contreras v. Generation Motors, Inc.

Plaintiff purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Generation Motors, located in Los Angeles, California. Plaintiff alleges Generation Motors ripped him off by selling the truck along with a 90-day warranty it did not intend to honor. Plaintiff experienced engine problems, and alleges Generation Motors refused to repair the engine. Only later did Plaintiff discover that the truck sustained damage before Plaintiff purchased it from Generation that was not disclosed to him.
