Contreras v. DWWSA, Inc., et al. – SETTLEMENT UPDATE

In the case of Contreras v. DWWSA, Inc., Ms. Contreras alleged Freeway Honda convinced her to purchase a used 2017 Honda Civic by representing to her that the vehicle was a Honda “Certified Pre-Owned” and had never been in any accidents. Yet, vehicle history reports indicated the vehicle was involved in a multiple-impact collision before the transaction. Making matters worse, the vehicle was in such a state of mechanical disrepair as to not provide the “Certified Peace of Mind” promised by American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center successfully represented Ms. Contreras in obtaining a settlement on her behalf as to all Defendants.
If you purchased a “Certified Pre-Owned” that did not live up to its label, or if you purchased a vehicle in reliance on the dealer’s representation that the vehicle had never been in any accidents, contact Auto Fraud Legal Center’s Auto Fraud Legal Center TODAY for a FREE evaluation of your rights.
