Consumer Purchased A Family Van, But Dealer Sold Her A Bunch Of Problems

Karz Plus R/V, located in the National City, San Diego County, sold our client a 2008 Dodge Caravan, which it advertised as being in great shape with no accidents. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle was overheating and burning oil. Karz Plus R/V allegedly fixed the vehicle, but the problems persisted. Furthermore, our client began receiving calls from her previous lender because Karz Plus allegedly never paid off the loan on her trade-in. After researching the vehicle’s history, it was clear it was involved in an accident before her purchase. Not knowing what to do, this consumer reached out to Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, and now she has the representation she needs to fight back!
