Consumer Purchased A Family Van, But Dealer Sold Her A Bunch Of Problems

Karz Plus R/V, located in the National City, San Diego County, sold our client a 2008 Dodge Caravan, which it advertised as being in great shape with no accidents. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle was overheating and burning oil. Karz Plus R/V allegedly fixed the vehicle, but the problems persisted. Furthermore, our client began receiving calls from her previous lender because Karz Plus allegedly never paid off the loan on her trade-in. After researching the vehicle’s history, it was clear it was involved in an accident before her purchase. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
