Consumer Did Not Get What She Paid For

Our client bought a 2015 GMC Yukon from Maita Chevrolet, located in the City of Elk Grove, County of Sacramento. Maita Chevrolet advertised the vehicle had an 8-speed transmission. Our client alleges that after the purchase she discovered the vehicle had a 6-speed transmission.
