Steele v Lithia Chevrolet of Redding

In June 2017 our client alleges he saw a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado advertised on-line by Lithia Chevrolet of Redding, located in Shasta County. Our client alleges he contacted the dealership to confirm the Chevy Silverado was still at the dealership, as it was a 6 hour round trip for our client. Lithia Chevrolet confirmed the 2013 Silverado was still on the lot. Once at the dealership, our client alleges he was told that the 2013 Chevrolet Silverado was “cherry,” had one owner, was well maintained, “babied” by an older owner and had not been in any collisions. Our client further alleges Lithia Chevrolet of Redding told him the 2013 Silverado Truck was a General Motors “Certified Pre-Owned” (“CPO”) truck and provided him with a 172 Point Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Inspection report. He further alleges he was given a Carfax report with no report of any accident. Our client further alleges that, based on all the representations made to him by Lithia Chevrolet of Redding, he purchased the Chevy Silverado. Our client also alleges that after the purchase he learned the Chevrolet Silverado had indeed sustained accident damage before Lithia Chevrolet sold it to him. Our client alleges that he attempted to have Lithia Chevrolet of Redding rectify the problem, but Lithia Chevrolet failed and refused to help him and would not take any responsibility for all its misrepresentations. That is when our client sought help from the Auto Fraud Legal Center.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy.
