Case Settled with FCA repurchasing the 2016 Ram 1500. Even though our clients put more than 43,000 miles on the 2016 Ram 1500 before reporting the defect, the settlement required FCA pay our client a refund of every penny he had paid. The amount of attorney fees, costs, and expenses FCA will be required to pay will be determined by a magistrate judge in federal court.
