Can You Trust a Certified BMW?

We recently filed a lawsuit against BMW of North America for allegedly selling our clients a defective certified BMW. A certified or CPO (certified pre-owned) vehicle is a used vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected and repaired through a certification program sponsored by the vehicle’s manufacturer. These programs are designed to give consumers peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle. That was not the case with our clients, who had to bring the vehicle in for repairs at least 15 times with no success. After all these failed repair attempts, our clients asked BMW to repurchase what was obviously a defective and erroneously certified vehicle, and BMW refused. If you purchased a defective CPO vehicle and the manufacturer is refusing to help, contact us at 858-348-1005.
