Buy Here Pay Here Sells Car with Accident Damage.
Carrolandia #1 Auto Sales, located in Los Angeles, sold this consumer a 2004 Nissan Murano. The consumer specifically asked if the car had been in any accident, and the dealer’s salesman allegedly said no. Relying on the salesman, the consumer bought the car, but then found out months later that the car had been in an accident before she bought it. As a “buy-here-pay-here” dealership, Carrolandia also did not label the car correctly for sale or give this consumer the warranty the law required the dealership to give. This consumer got a free consultation from the Auto Fraud Legal Center and filed suit.
