Broadway v. John L. Sullivan Investments, Inc., et al. – Misrepresentations Regarding Scout GPS, Entune Capabilities

In the case of In the case of Broadway v. John L. Sullivan Investments, Inc., Ms. Broadway alleges that, prior to selling her a new 2019 Toyota RAV4, Roseville Toyota assured her that her particular model Android smartphone was compatible with Toyota’s Entune and Scout GPS systems. After experiencing connectivity issues, Ms. Broadway alleges she learned of widespread connectivity problems and other problems with both systems. She claims she also learned Toyota had not even tested the compatibility of her model vehicle with her model smartphone.
