Bradford, et al. v. Commerce Hyundai, Inc., et al. – Los Angeles County
Case settled. Our clients purchased a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover and started having engine problems within months of the purchase. Commerce Hyundai sold the vehicle by representing the manufacturer’s warranty still applied when it did not because of the vehicle’s prior engine repairs. Commerce Hyundai has now reimbursed our client’s down payments, monthly payments, and paid off the remaining balance on the loan. Commerce Hyundai has also paid incidental damages for the vehicle’s repairs and our firm’s attorneys’ fees and costs.
