Bolen v. Mossy Nissan – San Diego County

Case update. We took the deposition of the Sales Manager who testified he knew the 2007 Nissan Armada sold to our client had a modified emissions system and informed the top managers at Mossy Nissan Oceanside. Seven days later, owner Owen Mossy fired the Sales Manager! Sounds like the Sale Manager may have a great wrongful termination case against Mossy for terminating him for testifying truthfully.
