Billion Auto Group

Our client purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from Billion Auto Group in the city of South Gate in Los Angeles County. He also purchased a service contract through Veritas Global Protection. Approximately three months after purchase, the vehicle’s crank shaft failed. Our client took his vehicle in for service and attempted to have the vehicle repaired under the service contract. Our client alleges Veritas Global Protection denied the claim even though the “crack shaft and main bearings” are allegedly covered under the service contract. Our client was quoted $9,527.00 for the cost of repair! Unable to resolve the matter with Billion Auto or Veritas, he contacted our office to help him resolve his case. (Romiti v. Billion Auto Group)
