Bartell/Barnard v. Toyota of Huntington Beach

Ms. Bartell and Ms. Barnard purchased a certified pre-owned (“CPO”) 2011 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Huntington Beach in Orange County. In a lawsuit pending in Orange County Superior Court, Ms. Barnard and Ms. Bartell allege Toyota of Huntington Beach sold them the vehicle without disclosing it had prior accident and frame damage.
