New auto fraud case filed over our clients’ certified pre-owned 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250. Our clients allege Keyes European and Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC: (1) misrepresented or concealed the vehicle’s accident history; (2) misrepresented or concealed the vehicle’s damage history; (3) misrepresented the vehicle’s warranty; (4) violated Vehicle Code § 11713.18(a) by failing to provide an completed inspection report before our clients bought the vehicle; (5) represented the vehicle as certified when it did not qualify to be certified under California law or Mercedes-Benz’s certified guidelines; and (6) misrepresented the certification status of the Vehicle.
