Automax Motors Sells Car and Overcharges License Fees.
Automax Motors, formerly located in Bellflower in Los Angeles County, sold this consumer a 2009 Honda Pilot. Automax Motors allegedly charged more than double the proper amount for the vehicle license fees for the car. On top of that, despite negotiating the sale in Spanish, the dealer allegedly never gave the customer a Spanish-language translation of the purchase contract before having this consumer sign on the dotted line. This dealer allegedly also disobeyed the law and failed to put all the necessary disclosures on the car before selling it. This consumer got a free Spanish-speaking consultation from the Auto Fraud Legal Center and has filed suit.
