Our client bought a certified-pre-owned (“CPO”) 2016 Audi A6 and alleges he was assured by the salesman that the vehicle had no prior accidents. When he took the Audi to a different Audi dealership for repair of a rattling sound from the undercarriage, he was told that the Audi had been in a prior accident. The rattling problem is still in his vehicle after two repair attempts – the second of which was over 30 consecutive days – which means it’s a lemon!
