Case settled. Longo Toyota in El Monte in Los Angeles County repurchased our client’s “new” 2018 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE after it was discovered that almost all of the Toyota had been repainted prior to our client’s purchase. Under the terms of the settlement, Longo Toyota refunded our client’s payments, paid additional damages, paid off the outstanding lease balance, and paid our attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses.
