Another FCA Lemon
Rosner Barry & Babbitt, LLP filed a lemon law lawsuit against FCA for a Chrysler 300c. Our client had repeated engine problems that ultimately left our client stranded on the side of the road two times. In response to our prelitigation demand, FCA alleged that there was no substantial impairment in the use, value or safety. The Chrysler 300c was purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, which purportedly passed a “rigorous” inspection. Our lawsuit alleges that had any inspection truly been “rigorous,” then the defects would have been discovered and presumably repaired. We will now proceed with the litigation, fighting for our client.
