Another Accident Damaged Car Sold to Unsuspecting Consumer.
San Diego Auto Connection, located in San Diego, sold this consumer a 2008 BMW. The consumer alleges she specifically asked if the car had been in any accident, and the dealer’s salesman said no. Relying on the salesman, the consumer bought the car, but then later found that the car had been in an accident before she bought it. The BMW also had mechanical problems that the dealership failed to repair despite it being under warranty This consumer got a free consultation from the Auto Fraud Legal Center and filed suit.
