Alfa Romeo Under Repair For More Than 160 Days!
Our client purchased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Alfa Romeo of Anaheim Hills, an Orange County dealership. FCA/Alfa Romeo’s manufacturer warranty covers its vehicle’s mechanical defects for 4 years or 50,000 miles. Soon after purchase, the vehicle began displaying warning lights about the sound system. Our client brought the vehicle for warranty repairs, where the dealership verified the speakers were not working and the wiring for the seats was also malfunctioning.
The 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio continued to show signs of electrical-related defects and was under repair with an FCA-authorized repair facility for more than 160 days, with no end in sight.
Our client contacted FCA (Alfa Romeo) directly and asked that they repurchase the vehicle. FCA never offered to repurchase it. However, the attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt were here to help. After evaluating our client’s claims and advising her of her rights, we filed a lawsuit in the Orange County Superior Court to ensure our client’s consumer rights.
