Our clients alleged that in September 2020 they bought a 2018 Audi Q5 from Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, whose ads for the Audi stated “No Worries, We’ve Inspected It – Thanks to a rigorous inspection process and a vehicle history report, you can rest assured that this vehicle is Worry Free,” and whose staff provided a clean Carfax report. However, the left taillight popped out on the drive home, and when our clients called Mercedes-Benz of San Jose to report this, they were allegedly told to simple superglue the taillight back in place. Becoming suspicious of the Audi’s quality, our clients took the Audi to a body shop which found major prior damage! Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. They always communicated when necessary but I didn’t need someone to hold my hand through the process. She was an aggressive attorney. Recommend her 100%!

This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
