ACCIDENT-DAMAGED “INSPECTED” AUDI!

Our clients alleged that in September 2020 they bought a 2018 Audi Q5 from Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, whose ads for the Audi stated “No Worries, We’ve Inspected It – Thanks to a rigorous inspection process and a vehicle history report, you can rest assured that this vehicle is Worry Free,” and whose staff provided a clean Carfax report. However, the left taillight popped out on the drive home, and when our clients called Mercedes-Benz of San Jose to report this, they were allegedly told to simple superglue the taillight back in place. Becoming suspicious of the Audi’s quality, our clients took the Audi to a body shop which found major prior damage!
