2019 Toyota Rav4

Your 2019 Toyota Rav4 may be a lemon. People are contacting the Auto Fraud Legal Center complaining that their Rav4 shudders or hesitates at slow speeds. Others describe a transmission slip or rough shift. Either way, Toyota does not seem to have an effective fix for the 2019 Toyota Rav4.
Do you own a Toyota Rav4 and are experiencing any shifting or acceleration problems? Is your Toyota dealer unable to fix the shifting issues with your vehicle? Have you lost confidence with your Toyota Rav4? The Lemon Law Department at Rosner, Barry and Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center is here to help you.
California’s lemon law is designed to protect consumers by requiring car companies to repurchase or replace vehicles that suffer from warranty defects that cannot be fixed in a reasonable number of attempts – usually as low as 2 repair attempts. If you think your Toyota Rav4 may be a lemon, you may be entitled to get your money back and it won’t cost you anything as all your attorney’s fees and costs will be paid by Toyota.
