2015-2016 Jeep Renegade

2015 and 2016 Jeep Renegade vehicles have been experiencing issues with radiator cooling fans. Problems include noises coming from under the hood and fan motor failure which might result in the vehicle overheating and smoking.  Jeep has issued a recall to repair this defect.  People are reporting to the lemon law department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center that the problems continue even after the recall repair has been performed.

If you own a 2015 or 2016 Jeep Renegade, you should take this problem very seriously as it might have dangerous consequences if the fan stops working while on the road.  In other words, you may be driving a lemon.

California’s lemon law is designed to protect consumers by requiring car companies to repurchase or replace vehicles that suffer from warranty defects that cannot be fixed in a reasonable number of attempts – sometimes as few as 2 repair attempts.  If you think your Jeep Renegade may be a lemon, you may be entitled to get your money back and it won’t cost you anything as all your attorney’s fees and costs will be paid by the car manufacturer.
