AssociateDaniela Medina received her law degree from California Western School of Law (2018) and her undergraduate degree from San Diego State University (2014). While in law school, Ms. Medina served as a law clerk at the San Diego County Superior Court, North County Division and as an intern at the Attorney General’s Office in the Appeals, Writs, and Trials Division. Ms. Medina also participated in Moot Court as part of an appellate competition team.
Ms. Medina was part of the Auto Fraud Legal Center from 2019-2021 before returning in 2023. She also has experience in defense litigation, representing various insurance companies, contractors, and manufacturers. Ms. Medina is a member of the California State Bar.

This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
