Auto Fraud Legal Center protected me from getting defrauded by a corrupt used car dealership. Within just a few months, they were able to reach a settlement on my case on my favor. If you feel you just got ripped off by a car dealership, please contact them!!!! You will deal with a friendly staff that follows with their clients timely and lawyers that knows consumer protection laws.

Auto Fraud Legal Center surpassed my expectations on every level! Alfredo Gutierrez took my call, and immediately realized I likely have a case, as my certified pre-owned 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid, bought in 2022, could not be aligned, and was diagnosed with a rear bent subframe, and that it had been in an accident.

Alfredo instructed me to send him emails with the service records, and the details. Antonia Simmons responded, after the attorney reviewed it all, saying that they determined that they are able to pursue a claim on my behalf. As I was reviewing the retainer they sent me to sign, whenever I emailed them back with a question, they had the attorney, Gregory T. Babbitt, call me the same-day (he always called me in the evenings around 6-7:30 pm). His knowledge and dedication to prospective clients like me, blew my mind!

Instead of proceeding, I chose to go ahead and have it fixed. However, I will probably always regret that, as Mr. Babbitt was very confident we would win my case, and also felt it would move pretty fast. He explained that we had a very good chance of having the dealer buy back my car, for the full price I had paid to them (in cash), and receiving additional damages for all the maintenance hassles and frustration/pushback/lies I’d been put through. Do yourself a favor, and put your trust in this firm. They will always have your back and get the very best for you.

After trying to deal with a dealership myself for 3 months after buying a vehicle that was misrepresented in a massive way, I went ahead and contacted Auto fraud legal center. I provided all original documents to the legal center. They made the process extremely easy for me. I rarely had to appear in court except for 2-3 times. I highly recommend Auto Fraud Legal Center. Carly Roman, Michelle Cook and Valeria Gutierrez were always very patient and attentive. They were always willing to answer my questions and explained everything very well throughout the process. They always asked me questions to get my opinion and guided me to find the best path. After 1 year, I finally managed to get back all the money I paid for the car I had bought, the rental and insurance until the end of the process. I am very satisfied with the outcome. About the process: I bought a used car from Chevrolet that had a problem with the engine (burning oil quickly because according to Nissan the first owner did not change the oil correctly). Because of this, Nissan said that to fix it it would cost almost the amount I paid for the car. So I asked for my money back and Chevrolet said that I had no rights because it was a used car. So I contacted Auto Fraud and they said that I had a good chance of getting my money back. And here I am, super happy with everything I spent so far back.
