Our client alleges she bought a 2014 BMW 430i from DCH Toyota of Torrance. DCH Toyota of Torrance allegedly advertised the Vehicle as “DCH Certified” with an express 90-day warranty, yet when the BMW broke down within the first 90 days, DCH Toyota of Torrance refused to send the vehicle to a BMW-certified facility for repairs. California law also requires that a “Certified” vehicle cannot be sold without the consumer receiving an inspection report, but DCH Toyota of Torrance didn’t give an inspection report to our client. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
