“CERTIFIED” LEMON SOLD WITHOUT INSPECTION REPORT?

Davantes v. DCH Torrance Imports Inc. et al – Torrance (Los Angeles)
Our client alleges she bought a 2014 BMW 430i from DCH Toyota of Torrance. DCH Toyota of Torrance allegedly advertised the Vehicle as “DCH Certified” with an express 90-day warranty, yet when the BMW broke down within the first 90 days, DCH Toyota of Torrance refused to send the vehicle to a BMW-certified facility for repairs. California law also requires that a “Certified” vehicle cannot be sold without the consumer receiving an inspection report, but DCH Toyota of Torrance didn’t give an inspection report to our client. If you’ve bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that had mechanical problems or had other problems with the sale, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
